You will be well-supported by your manager who wants to empower you to succeed from day one.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This is an initial 6-month fixed-term contract with paid leave entitlements and public holidays, a hybrid working model, with the view of the role ideally converting to permanent<\/li>\n<li>You will join a company culture that is friendly, and collaborative and where everyone can bring the best of themselves to work<\/li>\n<li>An abundance of learning, development, and career growth opportunities based in North Shore region<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What Will This Role Involve<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, adhere to brand guidelines, and follow industry best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations for campaign optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Run data-driven experiments to generate insights and shape future strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams during creative and strategic discussions to enhance campaign effectiveness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>About You<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-4 years of experience managing paid media campaigns in a digital performance environment.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience in Meta and Google Ads<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to drive B2C acquisition metrics<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Sheets, and LookerStudio.<\/li>\n<li>A growth mindset with a passion for testing, optimization, and continuous learning.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Application<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in this position, please click the appropriate link.
