This role is pivotal in leveraging your expertise in Private Wealth Management and ensuring Anti-Money-Laundering compliance.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Newly formed team, with a focus on providing a client centric onboarding experience<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Support Advisors and Analyst on boarding high net worth clients<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>In this Associate role, you will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Case managing new onboarding requests<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with and support Advisers and Analysts on onboarding document requirements<\/li>\n<li>Managing CRM systems and ensuring all data and documentation is accurate<\/li>\n<li>Conducting AML (Anti-Money-Laundering) compliance checks and approving AML-compliance status of new accounts<\/li>\n<li>Support advice teams with compliance activities and queries<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with Advice and Private Wealth Client Support teams to facilitate workflow and manage onboarding issues\/ challenges<\/li>\n<li>Support continuous improvement across the team to uplift performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>About you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in Private Wealth Management<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of the financial markets<\/li>\n<li>Experience working and liaising with Wealth Managers \/ Advisers<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationships skills<\/li>\n<li>High level of written and verbal communication<\/li>\n<li>Must have onboarding experience with AML\/KYC<\/li>\n<li>Strong client and compliant focus, with high attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>AML and compliance knowledge (Preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of complex client structures is desirable (inc. beneficial ownerships of different entity types, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>APPLY NOW!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alternatively, please submit your CV and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and leadership achievements to<strong> schehrenegar@welovesalt.com or call 0437 671 187 <\/strong>for a confidential chat<\/p>\n<p>For all other job opportunities visit our website, https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/au\/<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re proud to have won the Best Mid-Sized Recruitment Company to Work For at the 2023 TIARA Recruitment Awards, and to have been finalists, for the second year in a row, in the Client Service and Recruitment Leader of the Year categories!
