If you have a passion for planning and executing both in-person and virtual events, this role is perfect for you.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12-month contract with the potential to extend or convert to FTE, offering paid public holidays and wellness days off throughout the year.<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid working model &#8211; 2 days per week in the office and the opportunity to travel for events.<\/li>\n<li>A fun, high-energy social culture, where everyone collaborates to ensure joint outcomes are achieved. Diversity, equity, and giving back to the community are embraced here.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What Will You Be Doing<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and manage all aspects of events, including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute event strategies that align with the company&#8217;s marketing goals and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Execute virtual events using their software platform, and manage Q&amp;A and audience interaction.<\/li>\n<li>Utilise data and analytics to measure the success of events and make data-driven decisions for future events.<\/li>\n<li>Build relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What Will You Bring<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years in event planning and execution.<\/li>\n<li>Worked alongside marketing teams in the deployment of events or executed on marketing channels previously for pre-, during and post-event purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ON24 or similar webinar platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Strong project management and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent in Marketing or relevant experience in this field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>How To Apply<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in this position, please click the appropriate link.
