Diversity, equity, and giving back to the community are embraced here.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to cutting-edge tools and technologies like AI and machine learning to create impactful marketing strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead retention strategies to drive active use, feature adoption, and reduce churn across APAC markets.<\/li>\n<li>Develop quarterly growth plans, set retention targets, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>Create multi-channel marketing plans using data insights, customer research, and rapid experimentation.<\/li>\n<li>Leverage AI and machine learning to deliver personalized messaging and improve the customer lifecycle experience.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze lifecycle campaigns to optimize performance and improve engagement, conversions, and retention rates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Skills &amp; Experience<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>10-12 years in customer marketing, preferably lifecycle marketing, with a strong customer-first mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of delivering results through data-driven strategies and innovative problem-solving.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in marketing automation tools such as Eloqua and crafting relatable, benefit-driven messaging.<\/li>\n<li>Strong collaboration and influence skills, with experience working in matrix environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Application Process<\/h2>\n<p>Please click the appropriate link if you are interested in the role.
