They create seamless transactions for over 16 million (and growing) customers across the world.<\/p>\n<p>With a background in paid media, you will be nurtured and supported by your supportive manager who will empower you to play a key role in planning, executing, and optimising media campaigns across the globe.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The role may extend, convert to FTE or other opportunities may present themselves<\/li>\n<li>12-month fixed-term contract with paid annual leave, sick leave &amp; public holiday entitlements.<\/li>\n<li>Benefit from flexible work arrangements (2\/3 days in office) &#8211; based in Sydney<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;ll join a vibrant, fast-growing team, high-energy team that is collaborative, and inclusive and rewards innovation, creativity, and curiosity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Interpret briefs to develop impactful advertising strategies with agency teams.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Media Manager to align campaign execution with the overarching media strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee campaign execution, optimization, performance analysis, and post-campaign reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with media agency partners and streamline operational processes.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accuracy in media financials, including invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for innovation and testing within the media landscape.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>About You<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in hands-on paid media (client, agency, or publisher side).<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the media landscape in ANZ and\/or the UK, with an interest in innovation.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of paid digital channels such as social, OLV, display, and search.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Open to learning about new platforms, publishers, and ad tech.<\/li>\n<li>Passionate about Afterpay&#8217;s mission and committed to driving positive outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Application Process<\/h2>\n<p>If you are interested in this position, please click the appropriate link.
