Diversity, equity, and giving back to the community are embraced here.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What Will You Be Doing?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Support digital marketing managers in campaign implementation, optimization, and reporting of performance marketing channels &#8211; SEM, Paid Social &amp; Programmatic.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate a passion for innovation and collaboration when it comes to coordinating campaign requirements with internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute effective bidding, targeting, and inventory trading strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Define goals, manage budgets, and report on campaign performance, optimising as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the acquisition marketing team on strategy and best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What Will You Bring?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of SEM and Programmatic Trading experience with proficiency in key industry tools such as SA360, DV360, and Programmatic and Social platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Agency or client-side background is welcomed, as long as you have been hands-on in the above-mentioned platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Proven expertise in online acquisition tactics and best practices, leveraging customer insights<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication skills and a customer-focused approach.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent creative problem-solving skills and the ability to develop actionable plans.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a fast-paced environment focused on growth and managing change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How To Apply<\/h2>\n<p>If you are interested in this position, please click the appropriate link.
