If you&#8217;re a tech-savvy maestro with a passion for creative ad campaigns, this role is the one for you!<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>A Day in the Life:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Co-own and execute social digital advertising design layouts, working to push the brand forward with bold ideas and experimentation<\/li>\n<li>Conceptualise a broad spectrum of ideas with speed and quality. Storyboarding, briefing and presenting for both internal Marketing partners and external agencies on motion\/animation campaign assets<\/li>\n<li>Collaboratively partner with content designers to design marketing campaigns and elements that drive awareness and engagement, and generate qualified leads that help move the business forward<\/li>\n<li>Develop close relationships with cross-functional marketing partners<\/li>\n<li>Work on multiple project workstreams with complex timelines at one time, using strong communication skills to manage expectations appropriately<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance on visual design to cross-functional marketing partners, with design rationale and customer-backed insight for effective sell-through to senior leadership<\/li>\n<li>Be a catalyst for change. They are on a transformative journey with the design system and they love designers who can champion change!<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the product&#8217;s creative strategy by learning from the customers and applying UX principles to innovate towards a solution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience Required:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in visual design<\/li>\n<li>A passion for all things digital with a proven track record in designing for campaigns, working alongside marketing partners and working with (or creating) design systems<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success in designing for Video, Social, Display, and Web<\/li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of visual design principles and methods, and knowing how those apply across integrated marketing communications<\/li>\n<li>A curiosity for new ideas, and a commitment to gaining customer feedback to inform on rapid iteration and innovation to drive business results.<\/li>\n<li>Experience articulating ideas and concepts through storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping<\/li>\n<li>A dazzling online portfolio demonstrating your strong craft and collaborative process<\/li>\n<li>A Figma fanatic &#8211; they are fully invested in the ecosystem<\/li>\n<li>An understanding of Financial software products would be advantageous but not required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What We Can Offer You:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Up to $540 p\/d (inc super)<\/li>\n<li>Flexible working arrangement &#8211; 2 days in CBD office<\/li>\n<li>Initial 12-month contract with opportunities for growth.<\/li>\n<li>Contractor Perks: Recharge days and paid public holidays<\/li>\n<li>Top 20 Recognition: Join a team that&#8217;s not just great; it&#8217;s ranked in the Top 20 places to work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Does this role look interesting but not quite what you&#8217;re looking for?
