- You will manage a dedicated customer portfolio and support the customer success team with outreach, admin and marketing related tasks. (80-120 majority existing)<\/li>\n
- You are expected to be engaging customers whether it’s virtual or in person.<\/li>\n
- Be accountable for the retention and growth of your customers.<\/li>\n
- Build and foster relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders across multiple customer teams<\/li>\n
- Resolve customer inquiries by aligning customers with the right resources<\/li>\n
- Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve our processes’ quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
To succeed in this role , we are looking for the following experience and attributes:-<\/h2>\n

- Must have experience in a similar role in client facing or account management role<\/li>\n
- Business savvy with problem solving and solutions based mindset<\/li>\n
- Motivated self-starter who is hungry to learn and can provide strong examples of how they have achieved results while balancing demanding expectations<\/li>\n
- Excellent communication skills (in person, phone & email)<\/li>\n
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n
- Experience with SaaS & marketing automation software is a huge plus.<\/li>\n
- Some travel required (up to 15%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
