About the Role<\/strong><\/h2>\n

As the Growth Marketing Manager<\/strong>, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a high-impact marketing strategy that drives client acquisition, revenue growth, and market share expansion. You will oversee demand generation, brand strategy, and go-to-market (GTM) execution<\/strong>, working cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, and finance to drive results. With ambitious growth targets you will be responsible for designing and optimizing scalable marketing initiatives that fuel sustainable business growth.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Growth Strategy & Demand Generation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • Lead the development and execution of cross-functional growth marketing strategies to drive revenue and business expansion.<\/li>\n
  • Oversee the creation of performance marketing campaigns for new client acquisition and client expansion<\/strong>, leveraging ABM, SEO\/SEM, paid advertising, content, and social media marketing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Drive alignment between marketing and sales teams, increasing collaboration across regions and business functions.<\/li>\n
  • Optimize lead generation and conversion strategies to maximize funnel efficiency and reduce customer acquisition costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Conduct market research and leverage external networks to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure market fit and client-centric product offerings.<\/li>\n
    • Lead product positioning, launch strategies, and market entry planning<\/strong>, aligning with sales, product, and commercial teams.<\/li>\n
    • Define and manage the product lifecycle marketing roadmap<\/strong> to ensure successful market penetration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in growth marketing with substantial B2B experience. <\/strong>You bring a mix of strategic vision and hands-on executional experience<\/strong> with a deep understanding of how to drive measurable business outcomes.<\/p>\n

      Key Qualifications & Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      • B2B marketing experience<\/strong>, with a proven track record in growth marketing, demand generation, and lead acquisition<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • Expertise in lead generation, sales alignment, and demand creation strategies<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools<\/strong> (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce<\/strong>) and data-driven decision-making.<\/li>\n
      • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills<\/strong>, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
