Due to significant increase in business they are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Success Manager. Please note that for this role you would need fluent Japanese language skills.<\/p>\n

About the Role:<\/h2>\n

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of valued customers and partners. Your mission will be to understand business objectives, and ensure they are maximizing the value they receive from the platform. You’ll be a proactive problem-solver, a trusted advisor, and an advocate for all customers and partners.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n

• Maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, acting as their trusted advisor.<\/li>\n
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their business goals and identify opportunities for them to achieve success with the platform.<\/li>\n
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess customer health, provide insights, and identify potential challenges.<\/li>\n
• Collaborate with various internal\/external teams (IT administration, Sales, Product, Support) to address customer needs and advocate for product improvements.<\/li>\n
• Track key customer success metrics (e.g., adoption, retention, satisfaction) and identify areas for improvement.<\/li>\n
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the customer portfolio.<\/li>\n
• Contribute to the development of customer success best practices and processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  What You’ll Bring:<\/h2>\n

  • Fluent Japanese language skills<\/li>\n
  • Proven experience in a Customer Success, or similar client-facing role within a SaaS environment.<\/li>\n
  • Understanding of cloud storage solutions<\/li>\n
  • A genuine passion for helping customers succeed and a strong customer-centric mindset.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.<\/li>\n
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers at all levels.<\/li>\n
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to manage your own workload effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
