With a deep focus on inclusion, innovation, and sustainability, it&#8217;s redefining what financial services can be.<\/p>\n<p>This 12 month contract role will be working on scoping and designing a new internal facing application, bringing a number of legacy systems into one application.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>The role:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Design a seamless an intelligent experience that streamlines the process for internal staff<\/li>\n<li>Although this role requires a UX understanding this project requires strong skills in UI<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;ll be deeply embedded in problem-solving, working across multiple teams to design tools and workflows that enhance the end-to-end experience.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the design of new tools and workflows<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and subject matter experts to define problems and align on solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Engage with users and customers to validate your designs, ensuring they are user-friendly and impactful.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across digital experiences.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate design decisions effectively, using visuals and storytelling to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>What You&#8217;ll Bring<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated experience working as a Product Designer, ideally working in complex industries such as fintech, insurance, or trading.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of working on internal facing applications<\/li>\n<li>Strong UX\/UI skills, with a keen eye for visual design, typography, and layout.
