The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n

As the SEO Manager, you’ll lead SEO strategy and execution across a diverse client portfolio. You’ll be responsible for driving performance, developing scalable processes, and mentoring a team of specialists. You’ll also play a key client-facing role, providing expert insights and performance analysis.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Own and optimise SEO performance across a range of client accounts<\/li>\n
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies including technical SEO, content, on-page, and off-page optimisation<\/li>\n
  • Build and lead a growing SEO team – from recruitment to performance management<\/li>\n
  • Act as the primary contact for key clients, presenting insights, results, and recommendations<\/li>\n
  • Track SEO KPIs and revenue goals, identifying ongoing growth opportunities<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with SEM, CRO, and dev teams to deliver cohesive, integrated solutions<\/li>\n
  • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What You’ll Bring<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • 5+ years’ SEO experience, ideally within an agency environment<\/li>\n
    • Proven expertise across technical SEO, keyword strategy, and link building<\/li>\n
    • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and motivating teams<\/li>\n
    • Deep understanding of technical SEO (e.g., Core Web Vitals, structured data, page speed)<\/li>\n
    • Skilled in GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio<\/li>\n
    • Confident communicator, able to present to clients and stakeholders at all levels<\/li>\n
    • Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS as they relate to SEO<\/li>\n
    • Bonus points for experience with AI-based tools and SEO automation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
