You will collaborate closely with internal teams, providing critical updates and advice on regulatory and political matters, while supporting high-priority projects.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Foster and develop relationships with key government stakeholders, engaging them in discussions around policy development and implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and assess developments in government policies related to housing, tourism, and technology.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on upcoming policy consultations, regulatory changes, white papers, and industry discussions.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct thorough research on government policies and initiatives, ensuring comprehensive documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare high-quality written materials, including briefings, correspondence, and presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Support internal compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to newly implemented laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years&#8217; experience in a political, policy, or government-related role, ideally with experience in policy development or implementation. This could include work in a parliamentary or ministerial office or a government department.<\/li>\n<li>Proven project management skills, with experience in cross-functional team environments.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of government processes, including political and parliamentary operations.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Energetic, proactive, and results-driven with a &#8220;roll-up-your-sleeves&#8221; attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Tertiary qualification in Law, Politics, Business or a related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>To apply, please click the link below.
