This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how AI integrates into university operations, boosting productivity and transforming ways of working.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the rollout of Microsoft Co-Pilot across key areas of the university, driving discovery, planning, implementation, and business change.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee project governance across a suite of AI initiatives, each leveraging a range of emerging technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic guidance on the shaping, prioritisation, and alignment of AI use cases with university objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Manage delivery of initiatives from idea to implementation, ensuring change is embedded and sustained.<\/li>\n<li>Own resource planning, financial forecasting, and status reporting across all AI-related projects.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define scope, articulate clear business outcomes, and develop delivery roadmaps.<\/li>\n<li>Drive informed decision-making through structured reporting, stakeholder engagement, and visibility of key metrics and milestones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>THE COMPANY:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A leading multi-sector university with more than 90,000 students and 10,000 staff globally.
