What You’ll Be Doing?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

  • Be the heartbeat of the team<\/strong> – providing high-level, polished support to senior leaders and their fast-moving teams<\/li>\n
  • Own the calendar<\/strong> – masterful diary and inbox management, juggling schedules across multiple time zones<\/li>\n
  • Be one step ahead<\/strong> – proactively identify priorities and prepare your leaders for success<\/li>\n
  • Plan like a pro<\/strong> – coordinate internal\/external meetings, agendas, travel, logistics, and documentation with precision<\/li>\n
  • Bring the energy<\/strong> – drive culture with team events, offsites, and creative engagement initiatives<\/li>\n
  • Deliver flawlessly<\/strong> – from expenses to event planning, be across all admin with an eye for detail<\/li>\n
  • Be globally connected<\/strong> – support international collaboration across teams in APAC and beyond<\/li>\n
  • Make things happen<\/strong> – step up, speak up, and take initiative to get things done<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What We’re Looking For:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    • Prior PA\/EA experience<\/strong>, ideally supporting multiple senior leaders (junior and senior levels encouraged to apply!)<\/li>\n
    • A proactive go-getter<\/strong> with a ‘how can I help?’ mindset – nothing slips through the cracks on your watch<\/li>\n
    • Fast, adaptable, and unflappable<\/strong> – cool under pressure and comfortable juggling competing priorities<\/li>\n
    • A people person<\/strong> – confident communicator, great with stakeholders, and a natural at building relationships<\/li>\n
    • Tech savvy: solid experience with Google Workspace<\/strong> and Microsoft Suite<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Passion for event planning<\/strong>, creative thinking, and adding value beyond the job description<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
