This exciting business use variety of cutting edge technical tools, they work as a global team, and partner across the organisation to provide real product development to their customers<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide exceptional support across the various products<\/li>\n<li>Ability to provide technical insights and support for products-based issues via phone, email and chat<\/li>\n<li>Become an SME with strong working knowledge of the products.<\/li>\n<li>Be able to provide bespoke recommendations and solutions to customers on complex issues in user-friendly ways.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to provide root cause analysis and able to resolve complex technical issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be fluent in Japanese &amp; English language skills (written and verbal)<\/li>\n<li>Effectively communicate with Japanese speaking customers through all offered support channels (phone, chat, and email)<\/li>\n<li>Min 2 years of work experience in a technical support and customer facing role<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of, or experience with, troubleshooting desktop operating systems: Microsoft Windows, macOS<\/li>\n<li>You demonstrate strong communication skills and can convey complex technical information in user-friendly ways through effective listening and questioning<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Zendesk and Jira is highly beneficial<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of technical support experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills in Japanese<\/li>\n<li>Proven troubleshooting experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please Note: Due to the nature of the role, Candidates Must be based in Sydney and must be Permanent Residents or Citizens to be considered for this role.<\/p>\n<p>Apply via the link below or get in touch with Graham at 400 614 371 for more details.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Acknowledgement of Country<\/p>\n<p>Salt respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the lands across Australia as the continuing custodians of country and culture.
