You&#8217;ll work hands-on across tools like <strong>Figma, Storybook<\/strong>, and <strong>Confluence<\/strong>, and collaborate closely with <strong>quality engineering, accessibility testers<\/strong>, and <strong>product teams<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead accessibility and inclusive design practices within a system-level design team<\/li>\n<li>Champion and evolve inclusive design standards across product and engineering teams<\/li>\n<li>Provide hands-on support for accessibility-related tickets and issues<\/li>\n<li>Partner with testers to run screen reader audits, sit-based testing, and validate design token structures<\/li>\n<li>Update documentation and system guidelines to ensure inclusive design is embedded throughout<\/li>\n<li>Educate and influence cross-functional teams to adopt inclusive patterns and workflows<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Success Looks Like:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Updated inclusive design standards published in Storybook<\/li>\n<li>Reduction in accessibility escalations from delivery teams<\/li>\n<li>Strong alignment between design, engineering, and QA on inclusive implementation<\/li>\n<li>Clear, actionable documentation that reduces friction and improves adoption<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>What You Bring:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Deep expertise in <strong>WCAG 2.2 AA<\/strong> and accessibility auditing tools<\/li>\n<li>Strong hands-on experience in <strong>Figma<\/strong> (design systems &amp; components), <strong>Storybook<\/strong>, and <strong>Confluence<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Confidence working directly with engineers and QA testers to resolve real-world accessibility issues<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of <strong>design tokens<\/strong> and scalable design system infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>Experience in enterprise or regulated environments a plus<\/li>\n<li>A self-starter who thrives in complex, fast-moving teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/ZG1vcmdhbi45NDg1NC4xMDc3NEBzYWx0LmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\" \/>Sounds like you?
