This includes developing subject matter expertise within the customer support department and collaborating with other team members in the various technologies.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has min 3 years of exp in:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot the most difficult technical issues <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be proficient with analyzing log files and standard debugging concept.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience working with dynamic HTML components: AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML, XHTML<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with JavaScript, AngularJS and Jelly.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience working in Java or similar backend programming language<\/li>\n<li>Experience and understanding of Object-Oriented Design<\/li>\n<li>Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of the components in a web applications stack<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nice to have: <\/strong>Familiarity with Linux, UNIX or other OS<\/li>\n<li>Excellent client\/ customer management skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English &#8211; with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical problems<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with high-value customer administrators and developers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bachelor&#8217;s or higher in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience in a related field.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>To apply<\/strong>, click the link and upload your current resume in Microsoft Word format only (.doc or .docx), or please send through a copy of your latest CV to <strong>rsharma@welovesalt.com<\/strong> for a confidential discussion.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re proud to have won the Best Mid-Sized Recruitment Company to Work For at the 2023 TIARA Recruitment Awards, and to have been finalists, for the second year in a row, in the Client Service and Recruitment Leader of the Year categories!
