You&#8217;ll manage a small portfolio of concurrent audits, mentor a team of professionals, and play a key role in identifying and improving technology risk controls across a modern, complex IT environment.<\/p>\n<p>This is a fantastic opportunity for a cyber-savvy audit leader to influence enterprise-wide assurance activities and grow their career in a forward-thinking organisation.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and coach a team of audit professionals<\/li>\n<li>Manage 3-5 concurrent technology audits aligned to the annual audit plan<\/li>\n<li>Provide expert guidance on cloud, microservices, APIs, CI\/CD and modern application controls<\/li>\n<li>Resolve delivery issues, provide scoping input and ensure audit quality<\/li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Technology and Risk<\/li>\n<li>Support annual and dynamic planning across the audit function<\/li>\n<li>Oversee issue closure verification and ensure robust documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you&#8217;ll bring:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years&#8217; experience in Technology Audit, Risk Management or Assurance<\/li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of IT risks and controls across infrastructure and applications<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership and coaching skills with people leader experience<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with cloud (AWS\/Azure), DevSecOps, microservices and modern tech stacks<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience in banking or highly regulated environments is preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Certifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant tertiary qualification<\/li>\n<li>One or more of the following:<br \/> CISA, CISSP, CISM, AWS Security Specialty, Microsoft Security Associate, OSCP, GCIH, CCSP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Influence technology audit strategy across a complex enterprise<\/li>\n<li>Work with modern platforms and emerging cyber risks<\/li>\n<li>Lead a capable and collaborative team<\/li>\n<li>Flexible, supportive work environment with career development opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Acknowledgement of Country<\/p>\n<p>Salt respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the lands across Australia as the continuing custodians of country and culture.
