We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead<\/strong> to join a high-profile marketing operations team within a fast-paced, forward-thinking business. This hands-on, strategic role will drive the technical execution of email marketing, front-end web development, and cutting-edge AI integration across digital marketing functions.<\/p>\n

What You’ll Be Doing<\/strong><\/h3>\n

AI & Martech Innovation<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Spearhead the integration of AI tools to automate workflows, accelerate content creation, and enhance campaign personalisation.<\/li>\n
  • Evaluate and implement tools such as OpenAI (GPT), n8n, Jasper, and other emerging AI\/ML platforms to replace manual processes with scalable automation.<\/li>\n
  • Lead the strategy for integrating AI-powered journey building, real-time segmentation, predictive analytics, and performance optimisation across CRM and web touchpoints.<\/li>\n
  • Drive innovation by piloting and deploying internal and third-party AI tools that support faster experimentation, improved creative output, and smarter marketing operations.<\/li>\n
  • Foster a team culture focused on innovation, testing, and continuous learning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    CRM & Email Development Leadership<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Lead the execution of technically complex email campaigns by converting Figma designs into responsive, accessible HTML emails using an enterprise CRM platform.<\/li>\n
    • Act as the senior technical contact for advanced CRM logic, personalisation, segmentation, and dynamic content.<\/li>\n
    • Ensure email deliverability, accessibility, and cross-platform rendering are always optimised to best-practice standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Web Development Strategy<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Lead front-end development strategy across multiple branded web properties.<\/li>\n
      • Translate Figma designs into responsive, high-performing web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.<\/li>\n
      • Guide the use and optimisation of CMS platforms, particularly Builder and Contentful, including the development of custom components.<\/li>\n
      • Manage the web build intake process and delivery across cross-functional stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        What You’ll Bring<\/strong><\/h3>\n
          \n
        • 7+ years’ experience across CRM, email development, and front-end web development.<\/li>\n
        • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with proven experience leading complex technical projects end to end.<\/li>\n
        • Expert-level HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills, particularly for email and responsive web builds.<\/li>\n
        • Proficiency with enterprise CRM platforms (e.g. Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign).<\/li>\n
        • Experience with CMS platforms such as Builder and Contentful, with the ability to architect and develop custom modules.<\/li>\n
        • Deep understanding of email marketing compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), deliverability best practices, and performance analytics.<\/li>\n
        • Demonstrated experience applying AI and workflow automation tools (e.g. n8n, Make, Zapier, GPT-based tools) in a marketing technology environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
