Based in Sydney, you&#8217;ll report to the Head of Talent UK, collaborating with HR and Talent teams to source and attract top go to market &amp; professional talent across the APAC region.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, aligning talent with team needs.<\/li>\n<li>Lead recruitment strategy for critical sales roles, including market research and networking.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively source both passive and active candidates through cold calling and outreach.<\/li>\n<li>Manage up to 10 requisitions, focusing on diversity, internal mobility, and recruitment best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and communities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What We&#8217;re Looking For:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in sourcing or recruiting for sales, customer success, go to market specialists, Marketing and professional service teams, particularly in Saas Scale up companies.
