Australia<\/p>\n<p>Launching new region for an engineering services company.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>About:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p data-end=\"247\" data-start=\"96\">Salt are proud to be partnering with an engineering services company, opening a new location in Melbourne, Australia.<\/p>\n<p data-end=\"247\" data-start=\"96\">As the first hire in AU region, the Business Development Regional Manager is responsible for driving growth and enhancing the company&#8217;s market presence across Australia.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"249\" data-end=\"467\">This position focuses on identifying new opportunities to strengthen the local entity&#8217;s footprint, cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, and forming strategic partnerships to achieve revenue goals.<\/p>\n<p data-end=\"467\" data-start=\"249\">Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Business Development Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies with corporate objectives, ensuring long-term, sustainable growth in the Australian market<\/p>\n<ul data-is-last-node=\"\" data-end=\"555\" data-start=\"72\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\n<li data-start=\"72\" data-end=\"192\">\n<p data-end=\"192\" data-start=\"74\">Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies for Australia, ensuring alignment with company objectives.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"193\" data-end=\"329\">\n<p data-start=\"195\" data-end=\"329\">Carry out comprehensive market research to uncover growth opportunities, monitor industry trends, and assess competitive landscapes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"330\" data-end=\"427\">\n<p data-end=\"427\" data-start=\"332\">Deliver insights and recommendations to the Director to support informed strategic decisions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"428\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-end=\"555\">\n<p data-start=\"430\" data-end=\"555\" data-is-last-node=\"\">Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to strengthen brand presence in Australia.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"116\" data-end=\"1720\">\n<li data-end=\"188\" data-start=\"116\">\n<p data-end=\"188\" data-start=\"118\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"381\" data-start=\"189\">\n<p data-end=\"381\" data-start=\"191\">Extensive experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"507\" data-start=\"382\">\n<p data-start=\"384\" data-end=\"507\">Strong knowledge of the Australian market, including labour laws and pharmaceutical\/plant workforce competency standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"508\" data-end=\"583\">\n<p data-start=\"510\" data-end=\"583\">Experience in multinational or cross-border business development roles.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"584\" data-end=\"653\">\n<p data-end=\"653\" data-start=\"586\">Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"862\">\n<p data-end=\"862\" data-start=\"656\">Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, overseeing end-to-end project execution and delivery for clients, including assembling and coordinating global teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"863\" data-end=\"954\">\n<p data-end=\"954\" data-start=\"865\">Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"955\" data-end=\"1038\">\n<p data-end=\"1038\" data-start=\"957\">Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for project acquisition.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"1263\" data-start=\"1039\">\n<p data-end=\"1263\" data-start=\"1041\">Familiarity with industries: Engineering, Procurement, Construction &amp;
