Contributing to the growth of best practices for delivery of support services.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of platform, cloud technologies and troubleshooting practices to ensure successful resolution of challenging technical situations.<\/li>\n<li>Providing input across business units regarding process and product improvements when working on technical issues for customers.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve issues through various technologies including web, chat, email, case updates, as well as direct telephone support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px;color: #181818\">Skills required: <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong style=\"background-color: #ffffff;font-size: 14px\">Min 5+ years of related experience within either application technical support or software development environment. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to <strong style=\"font-size: 14px;color: #181818\">troubleshoot difficult technical issues<\/strong> with ease and complexity.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read and troubleshoot basic<strong style=\"font-size: 14px;color: #181818\"> Java\/JavaScript code.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Proficient in analyzing log files and standard debugging concepts.<\/li>\n<li>Personal commitment to quality and customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced <strong style=\"font-size: 14px;color: #181818\">MySQL \/ Postgres<\/strong> knowledge and hands on experience (Oracle also helpful but optional).<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience working with the ServiceNow platform (Service\/Project Management, SLA Management, Service Catalogue, Customer Service Management, Workflows &amp; Approvals).<\/li>\n<li>Some understanding of remote administration via PowerShell or any other.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px;color: #181818\">Desired Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ServiceNow Admin or Development experience is highly desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in ITSM Implementation<\/li>\n<li>Experience providing SaaS \/ PaaS support.<\/li>\n<li>A fundamental understanding of the ITIL framework<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p>Please Note: Due to the nature of the role, Candidates Must be based in Sydney and must be Permanent Residents or Citizens to be considered for this role.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>To apply, click the link and upload your current resume in Microsoft Word format only (.doc or .docx), or please send through a copy of your latest CV to rsharma@welovesalt.com for a confidential discussion.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re proud to have won the Best Mid-Sized Recruitment Company to Work For at the 2023 TIARA Recruitment Awards, and to have been finalists, for the second year in a row, in the Client Service and Recruitment Leader of the Year categories!
