You shall be responsible for providing best-in-class support, to ensure a positive customer experience.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: black;font-size: 14px\">In this role you will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professionally answer calls from customers and partners.<\/li>\n<li>Log cases by gathering key information that will enable our Subject Matter Expert (SME) Teams to resolve problems detected.<\/li>\n<li>Teach new customers and partners how to log cases by themselves.<\/li>\n<li>Assign cases to the appropriate SME Team.<\/li>\n<li>Provide initial triage support by answering customer inquiries, solving problems, and providing product information via case, phone, or e-mail in a timely efficient manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: black;font-size: 14px\">Required skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.<\/li>\n<li>Technical background and ability to learn and absorb technology quickly<\/li>\n<li>The ability to ask clear and precise questions of the customer to ascertain the exact details of the problem.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience working in a helpdesk environment over phone, using technical skills to resolve end user issues on a first call resolution basis.<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of ITIL Skills and business processes.<\/li>\n<li>2- 4 years working within an IT environment<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.<\/li>\n<li>Customer Service experience not essential however it would be beneficial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">Good to have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience working in a contact center environment is not essential however it would be beneficial.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform is not essential however it would be beneficial.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with using and troubleshooting SaaS applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: black;font-size: 14px\">Please Note:<\/strong> Due to the nature of the role, Candidates Must be <strong style=\"color: black;font-size: 14px\">based in Sydney<\/strong> and must be<strong style=\"color: black;font-size: 14px\"> Permanent Residents or Citizens <\/strong>to be considered for this role.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #1c1c1c;font-size: 14px\">To apply<\/strong>, click the link and upload your current resume in Microsoft Word format only (.doc or .docx), or please send through a copy of your latest CV to <strong style=\"color: #1c1c1c;font-size: 14px\">rsharma@welovesalt.com<\/strong> for a confidential discussion.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re proud to have won the Best Mid-Sized Recruitment Company to Work For at the 2023 TIARA Recruitment Awards, and to have been finalists, for the second year in a row, in the Client Service and Recruitment Leader of the Year categories!
