This is an exciting opportunity to shape the way Finance uses data by delivering innovative solutions, automation, and insights that create real business value.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a Senior Data Analyst, you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bring data together, cleanse, and integrate it into platforms accessible to Finance Partners and business leaders<\/li>\n<li>Design and develop data models to support self-service reporting and visualisation<\/li>\n<li>Produce dynamic dashboards and reporting tools tailored to stakeholder needs<\/li>\n<li>Ensure data integrity within a strong governance and control framework<\/li>\n<li>Drive automation and continuous improvement across reporting and analytics<\/li>\n<li>Build technical and data literacy capabilities across the wider Finance team<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Finance leaders to deliver insights and solutions that support the future operating model<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About you<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To be successful in this role, you&#8217;ll bring:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years&#8217; experience in data analytics, performance reporting, or finance-related projects<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical skills in <strong>SQL, Power BI, and DAX<\/strong> (Tableau experience a plus)<\/li>\n<li>Background in <strong>financial services<\/strong> or previous experience working in Finance<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to design and deliver user-friendly data solutions and dashboards<\/li>\n<li>Strong business acumen, with experience in financial modelling and performance insights<\/li>\n<li>Degree qualifications in Data Analytics, IT, Finance, or related discipline (CA\/CPA highly regarded but not essential)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s on offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work in a collaborative Finance team with the opportunity to make a real impact<\/li>\n<li>Lead automation and transformation initiatives that drive efficiency and insight<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to senior stakeholders and influence over strategic finance reporting<\/li>\n<li>A supportive culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you&#8217;re passionate about data and excited to play a key role in shaping Finance&#8217;s future through analytics and automation, we&#8217;d love to hear from you.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Acknowledgement of Country<\/p>\n<p>Salt respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the lands across Australia as the continuing custodians of country and culture.
