This is a <strong>midweight role<\/strong> offering a mix of change management, project coordination, and Salesforce data management responsibilities.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you&#8217;ll be doing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>50% Change Management Analysis:<\/strong> Collecting and analysing data on change readiness and impact to support business transformation initiatives.<\/li>\n<li><strong>25% Project Coordination:<\/strong> Supporting projects with a technical aptitude, managing tasks, and handling support queries effectively.<\/li>\n<li><strong>25% Salesforce &amp; Data Maintenance:<\/strong> Managing Salesforce account records and maintaining data integrity across internal systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who we&#8217;re looking for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Someone with experience in <strong>Salesforce<\/strong> administration or CRM data management.<\/li>\n<li>A strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive change.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating across teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their <strong>change management career<\/strong> while also leveraging <strong>technical and Salesforce skills<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re ready to take ownership of change initiatives and enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same, we&#8217;d love to hear from you!<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re proud to have won the Best Mid-Sized Recruitment Company to Work For at the 2023 TIARA Recruitment Awards, and to have been finalists, for the second year in a row, in the Client Service and Recruitment Leader of the Year categories!
