They are passionate about ongoing healthcare professional development for doctors and GPs across Australia providing high-quality podcasts, webcasts, learning modules, and video content.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>They require someone who is just as driven about the health and education field, that can act as a Digital Marketing Coordinator by making a difference and impact from day one.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$10k bonus for strong performers, a pay rise in successful company years, car parking on-site or close to public transport, memberships, team lunches, and many more.<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity for travel for in-person events across Australia with luxurious hotel stays.<\/li>\n<li>Growth potential, as they want to upskill you and teach you other areas of the business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Will You Be Doing?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implementing and coordinating marketing communications<\/li>\n<li>Executing marketing strategy for the organization in-person seminars and online learning<\/li>\n<li>Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing &amp; communications activities<\/li>\n<li>Creating &amp; distributing marketing collateral (including eDMs newsletters, surveys, communications, print)<\/li>\n<li>Preparing pre and post event communication<\/li>\n<li>Adhering to tight deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Will You Bring?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years&#8217; experience in digital marketing <\/li>\n<li>Previous experience building and sending eDM campaigns such as email newsletters<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience with a CRM such as Active Campaign or similar<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience with a CMS such as WordPress or similar<\/li>\n<li>Social media organic experience &#8211; Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (intermediate to advanced, primarily InDesign but others desirable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who Are You?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Highly self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Be able to work both autonomously and within a team<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Able to multitask and prioritize<\/li>\n<li>Able to deal with both internal and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Excellent in Graphic designing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desirable skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience within the Health \/ Education \/ Publication \/ Agency\/ Research industry<\/li>\n<li>Learning management system (LMS) experience<\/li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Premiere, Photoshop) , Graphic designing<\/li>\n<li>Database experience<\/li>\n<li>Medical or event marketing experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience using data analytics and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (Digital, Marketing, Communications, Events)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
