This role will focus on customer onboarding and L3 troubleshooting across the core private cloud environment, with a mix of project and BAU responsibilities.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and support customer onboarding projects within a multi-tenant MSP environment.<\/li>\n<li>Provide advanced (L3) troubleshooting and operational support for networking solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with customers to deliver high-quality managed network services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a Network Engineer in an MSP environment, with strong project delivery capability.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting:<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Routing &amp; Switching: Cisco (ASR\/Nexus), Meraki, SD-WAN (Fortinet, Meraki).<\/li>\n<li>Virtualisation: NSX-T.<\/li>\n<li>Firewalls: Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco.<\/li>\n<li>Load Balancers: Citrix, F5.<\/li>\n<li>Wireless: Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Meraki.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Hands-on experience with Azure networking, SD-WAN, and SASE solutions (highly desirable).<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of multi-tenant environments and varied customer architectures.<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of ITIL\/ITSM frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) highly regarded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p>Acknowledgement of Country<\/p>\n<p>Salt respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the lands across Australia as the continuing custodians of country and culture.
