Arul has 9 years of consulting and corporate generalist human resource experience giving him a strong understanding of business and talent demands to connect both ends for successful business results. She has over 5 years of recruitment experience, all of which has been spent in Singapore focussing on roles in APAC across multiple industries and functions.<\/p>\n Post her MBA specializing in Human Resource Management, Prerna worked in an internal recruitment function after which she moved to the external\/agency side. She has experience working roles within Digital and Technology, Supply Chain, Procurement and Operations.<\/p>\n When she is not working on finding the best match for her clients and candidates, Prerna can be found drawing up travel plans as she loves travelling and photography.<\/p>\n
