Rate: 700 – 800 per day<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Role is remote until we can go back into the offices<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our Collateral Management roadmap gives the opportunity to work on the implementation of Collateral Highway new services in a moving, challenging and innovative environment.<\/p>\n

The projects you will work on will provide you challenges in several area’s (scope definition, risk monitoring, management of deadlines, agile transformation…).<\/p>\n

You will integrate a very dynamic team where you will be able to further develop yourself. <\/p>\n

Role<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are currently looking for an IT Project Manager with experience in Agile<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You are responsible for the END TO END DELIVERY of your projects, including :<\/p>\n

\n
• Delivery of the project scope on time, budget and with the expected quality<\/li>\n
• Writing of comprehensive project memos, allowing the Business Sponsor and IT management to take relevant decisions<\/li>\n
• Providing regular status to Project Sponsor\/various stakeholders<\/li>\n
• Monitoring of the expected benefits approved in the business cases<\/li>\n
• Negotiating the delivery of your projects with all the impacted factories including with the CM scrum masters<\/li>\n
• Working in a context where the agile transformation is ongoing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  To be successful, you will have to :<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Develop and maintain project plans and forecasts, including resource requirements, costs, risks and their mitigations and dependencies with other projects<\/li>\n
  • Manage virtual teams across various divisions and entities, including third party suppliers in India<\/li>\n
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with your customers, providing advice, guidance and options with regards IT investments<\/li>\n
  • Define deliverables, assign their production to project team members and monitor progress and quality of those deliverables, ensuring they respect the planning while maintaining good relationships<\/li>\n
  • Manage the staffing of assigned projects and monitor budget spent<\/li>\n
  • Lead the risk, issue and change control processes for assigned projects, build action plan to mitigate risks\/solve issues and track action items<\/li>\n
  • Control and monitor the progress of projects, reporting to the Portfolio Manager and the Sponsorship Committee<\/li>\n
  • Manage the project according to the internal Agile or Waterfall standards (methodology & tools)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

    \n
    • Have a strong experience in Agile as Scrum master or Scrum master tribe lead to help us in our Agile transformation.<\/li>\n
    • relevant experience with a delivery role in (parts of) the project lifecycle..<\/li>\n
    • strong leadership skills to adapt your style according to the situation and to the different stakeholders<\/li>\n
    • good business and technical understanding<\/li>\n
    • interpersonal skills to influence decisions taken with the project sponsor\/client<\/li>\n
    • excellent communication skills at all levels, from staff members to senior management<\/li>\n
    • ability to learn quickly in a complex environment and to synthesize the situation<\/li>\n
    • strong negotiation skills, conflict management and influencing skills at different levels of management<\/li>\n
    • effective delegation of tasks and responsibilities while maintaining overall control<\/li>\n
    • assertiveness to drive tasks to completion<\/li>\n
    • fluent in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Assets<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
      • Experience with outsourcing partner\/offshoring<\/li>\n
      • experience in an E2E project management role and Agile Transformation<\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of Collateral Management business domain<\/li>\n
      • Certification in PRINCE 2 and\/or PMI (or similar IT frameworks) and\/or Agile Scrum master<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
