This role mainly focus on support\/maintenance of our existing DLP infrastructure:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Symantec DLP 15.8 (Enforce Server, Network Discover \/ Protect, Network Prevent for Web, Network Prevent for Email)<\/li>\n<li>Netskope CASB<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>by performing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>daily technical support &amp; maintenance,<\/li>\n<li>upgrade and patch,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>configure, maintain and enforce DLP policies and rules to meet internal &amp; external regulatory requirements,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>document, automate and hand off, to operational support, DLP Incident Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In Data Protection Engineering Team, you are also expected to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform similar maintenance tasks with other Data Protection technical solutions<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the selection, architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance of new data protection solution<\/li>\n<li>Partner with representatives of IT and other key business teams to advance data protection initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a high-level of trust with stakeholders to ensure on-going commitment.<\/li>\n<li>Foster a team environment, open to communication and collaboration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Skills and experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Symantec DLP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A combination of several of the below should be covered:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of Netskope<\/li>\n<li>IT-security professional with solid experience in the infrastructure security domain or in the IT application security domain.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with global deployments of data loss prevention products and\/or cloud-based solutions<\/li>\n<li>Experience in implementing data loss prevention policies to protect data, data classification documents and encryption of data<\/li>\n<li>Experience with automation using scripting \/ programmable knowledge and working knowledge (Shell, PowerShell, Python, SQL, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with SQL, data modelling and technical documentation<\/li>\n<li>Cybersecurity training and certification in CISSP, CISA, SSCP, GSEC, or equivalent is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Interpersonal Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to solve complex problems<\/li>\n<li>Creative and sees the bigger picture when addressing issues<\/li>\n<li>Works proactively, thereby keeping possible problems from affecting the overall functioning of the team and make sure the team is successful to deliver the solution<\/li>\n<li>Proficient oral and written communications skills in English, sharing strategy and vision with both peers and management.<\/li>\n<li>Drive and energy, entrepreneurial attitude, hands-on mentality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please do send across to me the most up to date copy of your CV to eobiechefu@welovesalt.com<\/p>\n<p><picture><source srcset=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/ZW9iaWVjaGZ1LjY5ODczLjEyNDk0QHNhbHQuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.webp\" type=\"image\/webp\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/ZW9iaWVjaGZ1LjY5ODczLjEyNDk0QHNhbHQuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/picture><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Data Protection Engineer DLP (Symantec) &#8211; Banking Client &#8211; Brussels Rate: &#8364;700 per day Duration: 1 year Freelance contract Remote working Security is at the core of the company&#8217;s services, firmly embedded in their management systems and processes.
