{"id":270643,"date":"2022-07-21T10:24:38","date_gmt":"2022-07-21T08:24:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/welovesalt.com\/be\/jobs\/%wpbb_job_industry%\/commercial-planning-strategist\/"},"modified":"2022-09-04T13:27:40","modified_gmt":"2022-09-04T11:27:40","slug":"commercial-planning-strategist-270643","status":"archive","type":"wpbb_job","link":"https:\/\/welovesalt.com\/be\/jobs\/marketing\/commercial-planning-strategist-270643","title":{"rendered":"Commercial Planning Strategist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Salt is excited to be recruiting a Commercial Planning Strategist to join our clients Global Communications Department who is undergoing a large transformation and this role sits right at the heart of this transformation. <\/p>\n<p> <strong>The responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support implementation of Project Based Organisation methodology, overseeing critical projects and ensuring the department allocates resources appropriately and sets briefs, KPIs and measures progress<\/li>\n<li>Partner with project leaders to gather information about critical initiatives, assist with implementation of a reporting mechanism and cadence to ensure frequent project and program updates to senior management<\/li>\n<li>Support annual cycle programs (budget process, strategy cycle, rolling forecasts) in close partnership with the Finance and Strategy organisations<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate monthly spend plan process, consolidate, and present latest assumptions<\/li>\n<li>Act as a first point of contact for resolution of points of friction in the system<\/li>\n<li>Support implementation of Global Communications governance framework<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing presentations and briefings for Global Communications senior management and the company&#8217;s leadership when required<\/li>\n<li>Support functional training&#8217;s on Source-to Pay and spend management processes<\/li>\n<li>The candidate will be assisting with financial planning, budgeting activities, and preparing reports.<\/li>\n<li>Key is being a highly organised individual with strong analytic and operational experience.<\/li>\n<li>Level of Excel needs to be advanced.<\/li>\n<li>Good relationship builder and good communicator<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/a3lsZXJvdXguNDI1MTMuMTI0OTRAc2FsdC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Salt is excited to be recruiting a Commercial Planning Strategist to join our clients Global Communications Department who is undergoing a large transformation and this role sits right at the heart of this transformation.
