This includes deployment and maintenance of applications delivered via Citrix, VDI and Workstations and keeping the underlying infrastructure up to date.<\/p>\n<p>The team delivers second and third-line support to end-users and the onsite support teams across all entities. <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Your role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and monitor the infrastructure components<\/li>\n<li>Incident, request and problem management (3rd line support)<\/li>\n<li>Provide project support<\/li>\n<li>Provide application support for our internal client base<\/li>\n<li>Deploy applications, debug and solve related problems on Citrix, physical and virtual workstations<\/li>\n<li>Manage patching for applications and operating systems on these platforms<\/li>\n<li>Report on application deployment progress and security baseline compliancy<\/li>\n<li>Apply standard operating procedures and actively contribute to continuously improve operational processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting a Windows multi-user environment, including application delivery<\/li>\n<li>Proven administrator and support experience in a Citrix environment (VirtualApps 1912; StoreFront; Ivanti; NetScaler (Access Gateway); Troubleshooting; Analytical skills)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to do in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of IT Security Principals and overall understanding of IT Service Management<\/li>\n<li>SCCM experience including baseline management and custom reporting<\/li>\n<li>Operational knowledge of App-V, PowerShell, MSI and other packaging\/scripting technologies<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience with M365<\/li>\n<li>Sufficient knowledge of the common office applications to be able to deliver application support to end-users<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for simplification and automation<\/li>\n<li>Customer oriented attitude with excellent communication skills both written and verbally<\/li>\n<li>Proactive and transparent communication<\/li>\n<li>Team player.
