Business Development Executive

They are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to sell their full suite of services and solutions. This role is pure hunting into new accounts within different sectors in Canada. Someone with a strong book of established relationships with clients (including C-level relationships) and who can open doors for new opportunities in the marketplace. The BDE will work with a Client Partner and team that will support all sales pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:

* Pursue major accounts and drive growth through hunting new opportunities and new logos.
* Act as the account lead on assigned accounts, setting the sales strategy, and taking overall responsibility for developing and nurturing the client relationship.
* Must have a working knowledge of global delivery model and should have closed large deals in hunting new business.
* Identifying prospective clients & create the go to market plan for the identified territory & industry vertical.
* Generating business from new accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multi-million dollar engagements.
* Building credibility and gaining market share in the territory and able to manage objection well and make their way in for new areas of growth with our customers.
* Understanding of technology and vertical platforms in order to strategize & craft solutions (along with pre-sales teams) to match customer needs is essential.

Required Experience:

* Minimum 15 years’ experience selling IT Services – Applications Development and Maintenance, Business Process Outsourcing, Infrastructure, and Information Technology Outsourcing, etc.
* Experience of pursuing and closing large deals & must have demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with C Level executives.
* Candidates must demonstrate a track record of closing multiple 50M+ deals.
* Demonstrated consecutive quarterly and yearly quota achievement in complex selling environments utilizing a solution selling model.
