Product Manager

Our client is looking for a passionate Product Manager to join their product team.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of our client’s digital products in collaboration with engineers and design teams. You will also be responsible for defining the product strategy, managing priorities, and ensuring that the products meet our client’s needs. Additionally, you will play an advisory role for clients who want to establish a Product-centric culture.

Responsibilities:

– Define the product strategy for their digital products. Create and update the roadmap.

– Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure that the products meet their expectations. Facilitate workshops to identify elements that bring the most value to the product.

– Manage priorities during discovery and delivery phases, in collaboration with development and design teams.

– Develop specifications for your product (user stories, PRDs, etc.). Ensure that the products meet clients’ needs.

– Work closely with engineers and design teams to ensure that the products are developed in accordance with specifications and aligned with user needs.

– Promote product management best practices to clients transitioning to a user-centred model (continuous discovery process, knowledge-transfer workshops, activities prioritization).

What you bring:

– Degree in computer science, digital marketing, or a related field.

– At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.

– In-depth knowledge of digital product management and product strategy.

– Experience working with development and design teams.

– Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

– Ability to embrace continuous improvement: anticipate issues and propose solutions to the team.

– Creative and curious mindset.

– Knowledge of Agile methodology.

– Familiarity with web and mobile development technologies.

– Recognized ability to simplify complex concepts and effectively communicate them.

– Bilingualism is a plus (French)
