This person will be responsible for bridging the gap between the customer, business stakeholders, and the development team.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities: <\/p>\n<p> * Understanding and anticipating the needs of the stakeholders and customers.<br \/> * Co-creating vision and strategy for products.<br \/> * Acting as primary communicator and liaison between the stakeholders and the team and ensuring all channels of communication are open as required.<br \/> * Participating in the daily check-ins, planning meetings, reviews, retrospective and refinement as determined and defined by the pod(s).<br \/> * Changing die course of the increment at the end of every iteration, as necessary, in order to ensure that die desired business value is delivered.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<\/p>\n<p> * Master&#8217;s or bachelor&#8217;s degree in business, Technology, Design or equivalent.<br \/> * Minimum 7+ years of online and wireless channel experience within the banking industry.<br \/> * Keen understanding of the digital ecosystem, trends and customer needs.<br \/> * Understanding of technical aspects of web &amp; mobile applications.<br \/> * Experience in the implementation of web capabilities.<br \/> * Excellent organizational and planning skills.<br \/> * Intermediate knowledge using Jira\/Confluence is required.<br \/> * Knowledge bale using Omniture (Adobe Suite) is required.<\/p>\n<p>Note: This is a HYBRID position &#8211; 2 days a week in the office in downtown Toronto.<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/ZHNhbmNoZXpjYWx2YS45ODkwMS4xMjk2MEBzYWx0LmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is looking for an experienced Product Owner to join their team.
