The ideal candidate will have experience working in agencies, in a fast-paced environment. <\/p>\n<p>The Role: <\/p>\n<p>This role would be primarily to sign in to the client web builder system to work on layout updates and other through to prototype and production.<br \/>* Build and maintain the brand language across digital and physical marketing material<br \/>* Work with the marketing team to propose, design, and run tests to improve conversion of our sites.<br \/>* Design and deliver high-quality experiences and design system improvements in collaboration with our Design team.<br \/>* Partner with the Product Design team members to establish user experience best practices when working on our digital experiences.<br \/>* Support the Product Design team members with growth and on boarding product initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>What You Bring: <\/p>\n<p>* 2-3 years of hands-on web design experience.<br \/>* Experience and enthusiasm for the intersection between brand, UX, and growth.<br \/>* Experience with building visually stunning and intuitive designs, attention to detail is given to all aspects of web design, including responsive layouts and typography.<br \/>* Proficient in Figma and or Adobe Suite.<br \/>* Understanding of the Design process.<br \/>* Strong presentation and client-facing skills.<br \/>* Extremely detail and process-oriented.<br \/>* Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal.<br \/>* Experience leveraging research best practices to run experiments and harness data to drive decision-making.<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/ZHNhbmNoZXpjYWx2YS4xOTAwOS4xMjk2MEBzYWx0LmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is looking for a Web Designer to join their team.
