* Develop and execute a market strategy with differentiated service offerings.
* Enhance brand awareness and market position within the Canadian geography.
* Lead key pitches, drive business development, and close transformational engagements.
* Define partnership and alliance strategies.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
* 20+ years of leadership experience in professional or advisory services.
* Proven track record of growing accounts, driving strategy, and meeting revenue targets.
* Experience managing P&L of at least $200M.
* Strong strategic mindset with the ability to innovate and challenge the status quo.
* Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to build and retain a world-class management team.<\/p>\n
