The developed creative concepts will be used as a sales tool were the Creative Director will work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to present, secure and support new client initiatives. <\/p>\n<p>What You&#8217;ll Be Doing: <\/p>\n<p> * Be involved with projects from beginning-to-end based on ability to understand sales process, lead the creative team, production operation and value of product.<br \/> * Attend client project meetings with sales personnel as warranted.<br \/> * Work with client and sales to develop and optimize creative briefs &amp; concepts.<br \/> * Develops creative ideas that deliver on client objectives, budget and business objectives.<br \/> * Develop written, oral and rough graphic outlines in word, PPT, In Design and other means to best direct the creative team.<br \/> * Maintain ongoing communications with Project Management team on progress of creative development<br \/> * Develop and direct the development of both written and oral proposals and presentations.<br \/> * Participate in client sales presentations and leads the experiential presentation section as needed.<\/p>\n<p>Who You Are:<\/p>\n<p> * 10+ years of experience elevating design capabilities, efficiency, and results (inclusive of research, creative &amp; art direction and presentation)<br \/> * <\/p>\n<p>XM experience + agency experience is required.<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<picture><source srcset=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/ZHNhbmNoZXpjYWx2YS4yODk4OS4xMjk2MEBzYWx0LmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.webp\" type=\"image\/webp\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/ZHNhbmNoZXpjYWx2YS4yODk4OS4xMjk2MEBzYWx0LmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/picture><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is looking for a Creative Director is to lead in the creation of design solutions across our marketing service that include; exhibits, events, retail and brand staffing based on client briefs, or as the design team lead.
