They are seeking a Sales Strategist to lead the development and execution of sales enablement programs that will drive the performance and effectiveness of their sales team.<\/p>\n<p>This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on equipping the team with the tools, training, and confidence to communicate value, close deals, and champion a suite of creator-first products. If you&#8217;re passionate about sales excellence, love building scalable training frameworks, and know how to create compelling narratives that resonate with audiences-this role is for you.<\/p>\n<p>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/p>\n<p> * Design and implement tailored sales training programs focused on effectively pitching the company&#8217;s Creator Product suite.<br \/> * Develop clear, persuasive messaging and pitch materials that resonate with creators and clearly communicate the product&#8217;s value.<br \/> * Lead engaging, interactive training sessions-incorporating pitch simulations, role-play, and skills assessments.<br \/> * Continuously refine sales strategies and training content based on performance data and team feedback.<br \/> * Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to maintain a strong understanding of product updates and positioning.<br \/> * Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to the sales team, driving continuous improvement and strategic alignment.<br \/> * Act as a trusted sales strategy partner to leadership, supporting broader go-to-market initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>What You Bring<\/p>\n<p> * 5+ years in a sales enablement, sales strategy, or training leadership role-ideally within B2B, SaaS, digital media, or tech-driven environments.<br \/> * A strong track record of improving sales team performance through enablement and strategy.<br \/> * Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities-able to translate complex offerings into engaging, value-driven narratives.<br \/> * Experience building training materials, workshops, and development frameworks from scratch.<br \/> * Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM and sales enablement tools is a plus (but not the core requirement).<br \/> * Comfortable working remotely across time zones with a high level of autonomy and collaboration.<br \/> * Based in Canada, with preference for candidates in Toronto or Vancouver due to team collaboration zones.<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<picture><source srcset=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/c2VyYXNtdXMuODExODkuMTI5NjBAc2FsdC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.webp\" type=\"image\/webp\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/c2VyYXNtdXMuODExODkuMTI5NjBAc2FsdC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/picture><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Position: Sales Strategist Location: Remote (Canada-based &#8211; Toronto or Vancouver) Type: Full-Time | Permanent We&#8217;re hiring on behalf of a trailblazing company in the creator economy that&#8217;s transforming how digital products empower creators.
