In this role, you will be responsible for managing, publishing, and maintaining web content across the company&#8217;s digital platforms &#8211; ensuring all assets meet brand, accessibility, and quality standards. You will work closely with internal teams to support digital campaigns, product launches, and ongoing website enhancements.<\/p>\n<p>What You&#8217;ll Be Doing:<\/p>\n<p> * Manage and publish content within the content management system (CMS), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.<br \/> * Coordinate the intake, scheduling, and prioritization of web publishing requests from stakeholders, ensuring timely and organized delivery of updates and new content.<br \/> * Review, proofread, and edit content for grammar, spelling, formatting, and SEO best practices before publication.<br \/> * Perform ongoing quality assurance checks, including testing links, validating formatting, and troubleshooting display issues across devices and browsers.<br \/> * Ensure all web content complies with accessibility standards, legal requirements, and internal policies.<br \/> * Maintain accurate documentation of publishing workflows.<br \/> * Monitor and archive outdated content, ensuring the website remains current and well-organized.<br \/> * Support translation and localization efforts in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, as needed.<br \/> * Operate within established service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure requests are delivered promptly and efficiently.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p> * Bachelor&#8217;s degree in communications, marketing, digital media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.<br \/> * 2+ years of experience in web content publishing or digital content management.<br \/> * Experience using project management tools such as Jira.<br \/> * Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.<br \/> * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br \/> * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and web publishing standards.<br \/> * Understanding of SEO principles and web accessibility standards.<br \/> * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.<br \/> * Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.<br \/> * Experience with image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop) is an asset.<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/ZHNhbmNoZXpjYWx2YS4yNTE3Ni4xMjk2MEBzYWx0LmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is looking for a Web Publisher to join their team.
