IT Manager (Infrastructure)

Local Property Management Group is looking for an experienced IT Team Lead to manage its system team to enhance and expand the network infrastructure and cybersecurity capabilities:

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the project assigned on time within budget at the required level of quality
• Drive overall project satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables
• Lead and manage internal resources and external vendors, evaluate work processes to improve the team’s effectiveness as well as the quality of services to business
• Manage and monitor the technical team for maintaining and administering system, network and related computing environments including hardware, software, and all configurations
• Ensure IT systems and applications are at industry standard and fulling regulatory and compliance requirements
• Estimate resources, identify project dependencies, plan and schedule project timelines or milestones

Requirements:

• Over 6 years of post-graduate experience in IT operations management or infrastructure project management
• Excellent experience in team leading and vendor management
• Extensive hands-on experience in system support, network, storage, email, O365, virtualization, Data center operation management, e.g. VMWare / Linux / Microsoft Windows / HCI / Cisco / Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.
• Experience in Azure, AWS cloud environments and PaaS DBs will be an advantage
• Holder of CISSP / CISA / ITIL / MCSE / MCITP is highly preferred.
• Well-organized, diligent, result-oriented, and have good problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mind and time management
• Excellent communication skills to communicate with senior management level people and Board members in both written and spoken Chinese & English
• Less experienced candidates would be considered as Assistant IT Manager
