Sales & Account Manager – Digital Media Platform

Our client is a global media and entertainment company. Its digital and physical presence comprises websites, mobile editions, magazines, live events and markets all around the world. They are now looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their expanding sales team in Hong Kong.

The Role:

This is an important role within the advertising sales team of Hong Kong. You will be required to acquire new businesses via different campaign channels across print, digital, event & branded content. This will be done through actively engaging with clients and agencies through warm/cold calls, client visits, reviewing agency briefs to ensure clients’ expectations and requirements are met.

This role consists of a quarterly revenue target by growing your allocated client category on a consistent basis, ensuring a healthy customer satisfaction scoreline and effective and transparent communications between internal teams, clients and local partners.

The Person:

• 2+ years of experience in sales or account management in the media/advertising industry
• Result driven on a consistent basis
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for face to face meetings
• Independent, proactive and resourceful
• Shows a strong curiosity across different aspects of the role and the needs of clients
• Great team player and do not afraid to speak their mind
