A global investment bank is looking to hire experienced production support professionals! Read below to see if this is the right opportunity for you. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Monitor opportunities, bug fixes, and application changes to continuously enhance the system stability. <\/p>\n

– Be the go to person for efficient multitasking, issue handling and managing of business queries on a regular basis! <\/p>\n

– Provide tactical solution as part of the day to day support for urgent business issues. <\/p>\n

– Provide local vendor management, focusing on support.<\/p>\n

– Ensure that support activities satisfy applicable local regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– At least 5 years of experience in the technology domain. <\/p>\n

– Strong knowledge of T-SQL , Java preferred.<\/strong><\/p>\n

– <\/strong>Professionals from Change management or Incident management experience preferred.<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Understanding of Net technologies on Windows, UNIX & Linux platforms and applications appreciated.<\/p>\n

– Proven experience in IT, with a supporting production support<\/p>\n

– Experienced in end to end technical support experience either in-house development or with vendor<\/p>\n

– Comfortable to work in tech teams and liaise with teams in different time zones <\/p>\n

– Vendor management <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
