With a rapid growth in demand in their online businesses across the region, they are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to take on the Digital Marketing Director of E-commerce role based in Hong Kong.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">The role:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Report to the Head of Digital Marketing in Hong Kong<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for regional e-commmerce growth across multiple markets<\/li>\n<li>Develop and transform CRM marketing\u00a0 campaigns with strong data analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong collaborations with planning and product teams as well as monitoring of inventory management<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with local marketing leaders for strategy localisation<\/li>\n<li>Implement strategic marketing strategies for driving conversions across different digital platforms<\/li>\n<li>Work with external agencies for monitoring and implementing performance marketing strategies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">The requirements:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor degree<\/li>\n<li>7-10 years of\u00a0 digital marketing experience for e-commerce<\/li>\n<li>Strong CRM management skills with a background in hospitality and tourism a plus<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese<\/li>\n<li>Excellent relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Hands on experience with different marketing tools<\/li>\n<li>Strong data analytics skills and be able to draw recommendations and insight for business strategy development<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Client: Our client is a leading consumer electronics company globally and is renowned for its premium quality products for consumers to enhance their lifestyle and entertainment experiences.
