As already a share of teams working in a product setup and apply agile ways of working, it is currently looking for great talent to join for its Supply Chain Management domain.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set coaching goals together with the customers (person\/team\/department) to define success of product-led\/agile coaching within context<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate exploration of issues together with the customers to define options and experiments to improve current status<\/li>\n<li>Drive the implementation of large-scale transformation, and help teams and individuals to make the transition<\/li>\n<li>Coach teams and individuals via a structured approach, and deliver regular training in formal, informal or virtual settings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years of experience in an Agile Coach role<\/li>\n<li>2 years of experience in Agile Transformation on a large global business; scale over 50 in departmental level<\/li>\n<li>2 years of product-led experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience in supply chain management is a plus <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/cmhvbmcuNTI3NjQuMTIxMTRAc2FsdC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our Client is one of the very famous sportswear manufacturing company in the globe.
