Our client aims to maintain its leadership in promoting superior quality of life through the production of high quality, great tasting nutritious products that satisfy customers in all markets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategize brand direction and positioning at a global landscape<\/li>\n<li>Construct and deliver key brand purposes and story-telling to each market segment by managing relevant marketing and branding content and maintain consistency according to the brand guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Set media channel objectives across both offline and digital platforms such as social media, website, press releases, TVC, mobile applications and paid advertising for brand activation<\/li>\n<li>Overview of business analysis including sales, market trends, competitors analysis, consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth<\/li>\n<li>Monitor KPIs of marketing programs and evaluate effectiveness to pursue continuous brand development<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the Corporate Communications function in driving awareness on ESG \/sustainability<\/li>\n<li>Manage and track A&amp;P activities to ensure they are meeting business priorities and objectives in order to maximize brand activation and growth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Person:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree preferably with a focus on Marketing related disciplines<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in marketing or brand management with 4As agency experience is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>A strong brand strategist who is creative and continually push brand thinking.<\/li>\n<li>Passion for creative storytelling, consumer shopping behavior, emerging trends in social marketing and new media.<\/li>\n<li>An entrepreneurial spirit and love to collaborate with others to build new things.<\/li>\n<li>Good sense of business and data analytics to draw insightful brand and marketing recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Retail operations and FMCG background in regional and global exposure are necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/Y2hvLjI4MzMwLjEyMTE0QHNhbHQuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Client: Our client a brand that represents Hong Kong food &amp; beverages.
