Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Design AI\/ ML solutions to meet business needs from different business units<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Modernize and optimize business operations using data and ML\/ AI. Project areas include demand forecast, image analytics, sales\/ customer predictive\/ prescriptive analytics<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Lead and work together with a team of data scientists, software engineers and vendors to carry out AI\/ ML projects throughout the entire cycle of design, development, deployment, maintenance, monitoring, and iterative enhancement<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Establish the best practice for data science workflows and MLOps<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Provide thought leadership on business problem formulation, data analysis and ML model building<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Participate in data lake or other data pipeline building projects<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Research on the latest trends and use cases of AI and ML in retail and supply chain<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Coach junior data scientists<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines. Research degrees are preferred<\/p>\n
\u00b7 8+ years of working experience in areas of artificial intelligence, machine learning and data analysis<\/p>\n
\u00b7 5+ years of hands-on experience in design, development, and deployment of machine learning solutions<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Solid experience in leading ML projects<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Solid understanding of different ML algorithms and use cases. Experience in time series forecasting, computer vision, and recommendation systems are strongly desired<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Solid experience in SQL, Python, libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Familiar with version control and agile methodology<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Knowledge of Docker, Linux is a strong plus<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Experience in MLOps is preferred<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Experience in Microsoft Azure, Ali Cloud, or other cloud platforms is preferred<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager or Data Scientist.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
