With the advanced multi-dimensional audience profiling to comprehend audience needs throughout the consumer journey, they can precisely reach their consumer through premium sites &amp; apps programmatically.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will be the Account Management team lead for the global market, accountable for all digital marketing strategic planning on China advertising (Wechat, DouYin etc) for marketers around the world.<\/p>\n<p>Besides you will have full responsibility on managing your team&#8217;s performance on client servicing, campaign management, execution and personal development.<\/p>\n<p>We need a &#8220;well-rounded&#8221; candidate for this role with strong media buying and team management experience.<\/p>\n<p>We need someone who&#8217;s are confident and happy to work with other departments and staff at all levels to make your role and the company successful.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Person:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>* 4+ years in a media agency and\/or digital marketing related functions<\/p>\n<p>* Experience in operating digital advertising platforms, (like Facebook, Google,<\/p>\n<p>DBM, The Trade Desk&#8230;etc) is preferable<\/p>\n<p>* Experience in handling China Related Media platforms (like Baidu, Wechat,<\/p>\n<p>Weibo, 360&#8230;etc) is preferable<\/p>\n<p>* Candidate with Facebook Blueprint &amp; Google Certification qualification preferred<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>* Familiar with all tag management through Google Tag Manager \/ direct coding<\/p>\n<p>implementation<\/p>\n<p>* Strong analytical skills &amp; sense on the numerical aspect from day-to-day reporting<\/p>\n<p>or analytic dashboard like Google Analytics<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/Y2hvLjgxMjA5LjEyMTE0QHNhbHQuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Client: They are an AI-empowered open-to-connect marketing technology platform.
