This involves providing account servicing, managing project budget and timeline, and implementing creative, technical, and logistics elements. Moreover, this person ensures smooth execution of events, meeting project targets and fulfilling clients&#8217; expectations while also considering the company&#8217;s profit margin. Communication is crucial in this role, as they will need to effectively convey and maintain priorities and deadlines for each project. On top of that, this person manages floor operations to ensure the event is executed according to plan.
